Celebrate Mother’s Day with a show stopping dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious! In this class you’ll learn how to create a stunning rose shaped crepe cake, perfect for gifting or sharing with someone special.

We’ll guide you step-by-step through the process, starting with making soft, thin crepes on professional crepe makers. You’ll then prepare a rich, creamy filling customizing it to your taste. From fruity and floral to rich and boozy, the flavor possibilities are endless. You’ll also have the freedom to color your crepes and filling, allowing you to design a rose cake that’s uniquely yours.

Once your components are ready, we’ll show you how to assemble your crepes into an elegant rose shape—a simple technique that you will master. The result is a lovely dessert that looks like a work of art but is easy enough to recreate at home.

By the end of class, you’ll leave with your own handcrafted crepe rose cake, ready to gift or enjoy. No experience needed—just come ready to create something beautiful!

You will have enough left over to have a French Crepe brunch with fresh fruit and bacon.

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!) For Chef Nights you will always have enough for two and generally some leftovers to bring home.

We provide aprons, recipes, all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.

Learn how to turn our famous FAB focaccia into Cinnamon Roll Focaccia Muffins. These muffins combine the pillowy, airy texture of traditional focaccia with the sweet, gooey flavors of a cinnamon roll. They are made by placing individual portions of focaccia dough into a muffin tin and dimpling the tops with a cinnamon-sugar butter mixture and baked until golden brown. Serve warm with a drizzle of cream cheese glaze and wow your family and friends.

These focaccia muffins freeze well and are great reheated in an air fryer or oven. Make a batch on the weekend and have a quick and tasty breakfast (or snack) all week long.

Let’s Do Brunch with New Orleans-style Shrimp and Grits

A rich, buttery brown sauce makes New Orleans-style Shrimp and Grits a standout centerpiece for your next brunch. In this immersive class, you’ll learn the step-by-step process for making this comforting recipe inspired by a New Orleans chef’s interpretation of the Low Country classic.

You’ll transform mushrooms into intensely flavored bites, fry up bacon “confetti,” perfectly sear shrimp and layer all of that together in a luscious sauce to ladle over the luscious, creamy grits.

But the deliciousness doesn’t stop there. Whip up a batch of easy Cajun-Spiced Cheese Biscuits, using a versatile dough that can be flavored and used in many ways. And, bonus: We’ll reveal the easy secret to making a creamy, bright vinaigrette that never separates. The lemon-herb vinaigrette you make will be served over tender, but still crisp, green beans.
