Chef Frank learned his craft the old school way, at the side of his father—known simply as “Pop,” the patriarch of the De Molfetta family. From Italian specialty grocers to bustling family restaurants stretching from Brooklyn to Miami Beach, Pop passed down more than recipes. He passed down a way of feeding people—with pride, generosity, and an unwavering belief that good food brings people together.
With over 30 years in the industry Chef Frank owned and operated Molfetta’s of Indian Harbor Beach, Bella’s Italian Specialty Market and Restaurant in Downtown Melbourne, and Mezza Luna in historic Eau Gallie.
