Chef Gail Jensen

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Gail built a career blending classical culinary training with a lifelong love of cooking that began in childhood—when she first started “playing restaurant” with friends. Her experience spans catering, hotel kitchens, and personal chef services, along with previously teaching in a chef’s table setting at a former kitchen boutique in Vero Beach.

Known for her fun, engaging presence, Chef Gail creates experiences that go beyond the plate. Whether hosting an elegant afternoon tea or leading hands-on cooking classes, her approach is easygoing, inviting, and rooted in the belief that great food should feel approachable and create happiness.
