After School & Homeschool
Multi-week Teen Kitchen Confidence Classes (6 Week) Give your teen the practical skills and confidence to become independent in the kitchen! This fully hands-on, six-week course takes students from preparing simple breakfasts and delicious bakes to making homemade bread, family dinners and a complete three-course meal.
Working at their own cooking stations, students follow along step-by-step with their instructor, preparing every dish themselves. Along the way, they'll develop essential life skills, including knife safety, weighing and measuring, following recipes, kitchen organization, time management, food safety and cleaning as they go.
Each week introduces new cooking and baking techniques, building on the skills learned in previous classes.
