Savor the flavors of fall and enjoy a cozy evening of cooking together!

Begin the evening with a warm and inviting appetizer of Nürnberger Sausage & Pumpkin-Stuffed Mushrooms, topped with a bright cranberry chutney that brings the perfect touch of sweet and tart to the savory dish. You’ll discover what makes traditional Nürnberger sausage so special and learn how these seasonal flavors come together beautifully.

For the main course, you’ll prepare a pan-seared pork chop finished with a fragrant pear-sage sauce. Alongside your pork chop, you’ll create creamy pumpkin mash and seasoned, roasted green beans for a colorful, hearty plate that celebrates the very best of the season.

Halloween Cookies - Intermediate Class

Halloween Cookies - Intermediate Class

Sunday, October 25, 2026 | 10:00AM - 4:00PM (Includes Lunch)

$249.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)

In this hands-on intermediate cookie decorating class, you'll make everything from scratch — mixing and baking your own sugar cookie dough before decorating a set of six show-stopping Halloween designs that are spooky, sweet, and seriously impressive.

We'll start by making the dough, rolling, cutting, and baking your cookies so they're perfectly flat and ready for decorating. While they cool, we'll mix royal icing, build your color palette, and get your stations set up before the real fun begins.

Then we'll work through all six designs: a bat snow globe, a pumpkin with leaf and stem work, an adorable trick-or-treating ghost, a candy-bow skull set, a swirled Halloween candy, and a whimsical witch hat — each one teaching a different skill. Across the set you'll learn flood and detail consistency control, fine line piping, layering icing for dimension, and how to add texture, dot work, and small decorative elements that take a cookie from cute to chef's kiss.

This is an intermediate class — you should be comfortable with basic flooding before attending. If you've taken our beginner decorated cookie class, you're ready.

You'll leave with all six cookies beautifully packaged, a stronger decorating toolkit, and a set that honestly looks too good to eat.

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:
