Autumn Fresh Cheese & Grazing Board

Thursday, November 5, 2026 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM

$189.00 per station - Suitable for Dynamic Duos (Please see below for more details.)

Celebrate the flavors of fall while learning the art of fresh cheesemaking from scratch. In this hands-on workshop, you'll create two beautiful homemade cheeses, bake crisp rosemary olive oil crackers, and prepare sweet maple candied pecans before assembling a stunning seasonal cheeseboard that's perfect for holiday entertaining.

You'll learn how to make fresh whole milk ricotta and halloumi, discovering two completely different cheesemaking techniques along the way. Then, we'll transform a portion of the ricotta into a silky whipped ricotta finished with seasonal toppings, creating a second elegant cheese spread for your board.

Along the way, we'll discuss the fundamentals of building a balanced cheeseboard, from pairing flavors and textures to arranging everything into a beautiful centerpiece worthy of Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or any cozy gathering. You'll leave with the confidence to recreate each component at home, practical entertaining tips, and a handcrafted artisan cheeseboard filled with homemade cheeses and seasonal accompaniments that celebrates the very best of fall.
