Zesty Spring Donuts

Sunday, April 12, 2026 | 10:00AM - 1:00PM

$179.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos, please see below for details)

Bright, tangy, and lightly toasted to perfection, these Lemon Meringue Pie Donuts capture everything you love about the classic dessert in fluffy brioche form.

In this hands-on class, students will mix a batch of rich lemon-scented donut dough to take home and continue practicing their skills. While that dough rests, we’ll move on to working with dough prepared ahead of time so everyone can experience the full donut-making process during class. You’ll roll, cut, and proof your donuts before turning your attention to the filling.

Together we’ll make a silky, vibrant lemon curd that strikes the perfect balance between tart and sweet. Once the donuts are ready, Chef Keri will guide students through frying a few fresh donuts at the teacher’s station while additional pre-fried donuts are provided so everyone has plenty to fill and finish.

Next comes the showstopper: learning how to properly fill donuts and pipe a cloud of glossy Italian meringue. Students will torch their meringue to golden peaks, creating that signature toasted finish reminiscent of a classic lemon meringue pie.

Expect fluffy donuts, bright citrus, and plenty of dramatic torching as you turn simple ingredients into bakery-worthy treats. And of course, you’ll get to enjoy your freshly made Lemon Meringue Pie Donuts before heading home with new skills and your dough ready to fry.

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:
