Bakery-Style Maple Bacon & Cheddar Buns

Sunday, October 4, 2026 | 10:00AM - 12:30PM

$189.00 per station - Suitable for Dynamic Duos (Please see below for more details.)

Learn to make bakery-style milk buns that are as beautiful as they are delicious. In this hands-on class, you'll create incredibly soft, fluffy buns filled with sharp cheddar, smoky bacon, and sweet caramelized onions, then finish them with a buttery maple-thyme glaze, crispy bacon, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. These savory buns are perfect alongside a bowl of soup, for weekend brunch, holiday entertaining, or anytime you're craving fresh homemade bread.

Chef Keri will guide you through the tangzhong method, a simple Japanese bread-making technique that creates an exceptionally soft, tender dough with a light, airy crumb. Along the way, you'll learn how to mix and knead enriched dough, develop gluten, shape and fill your buns, proof with confidence, and bake them until beautifully golden. Whether you're new to bread baking or looking to expand your skills, you'll leave with the confidence to recreate these irresistible bakery-style buns at home.

You'll take home a pan of freshly baked buns and the recipe to recreate this cozy bakery favorite all season long.

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:
