Salmon en Croute & Blueberry Cobbler
Friday, November 13, 2026 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM
$189.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos, please see below)
Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll discover the techniques behind making salmon en croute, learn how to create the perfect lemon-dill sauce, turn simple vegetables into a stunning ribbon salad, and finish with a comforting homemade blueberry cobbler.
Imagine pulling a golden, flaky pastry from the oven and revealing perfectly cooked salmon nestled inside, ready to be paired with a bright, creamy lemon-dill sauce. Add to that a colorful zucchini and carrot ribbon salad, fresh and vibrant, and you have a meal that feels both elegant and completely approachable.
And then comes dessert…
A warm, bubbling blueberry cobbler, with sweet-tart blueberries tucked beneath a golden, tender topping. Served warm, it’s the perfect ending to a meal worth lingering over.
This isn’t just a menu—it’s an invitation to learn how to create a beautiful meal from start to finish.
You’ll leave with new skills, new recipes, and the confidence to bring this delicious menu to your own table.
Come cook with us, learn something new, and enjoy a meal you’ll be proud to make again and again!
