A Feast for the Seven Kingdoms

Friday, September 4, 2026 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM

$189.00Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos, please see below for details)

Winter is coming... and so is dinner.

Step through the gates of King's Landing and into the bustling kitchens of the Red Keep for an unforgettable evening inspired by the legendary feasts of Game of Thrones. Whether your loyalty lies with the honorable Starks of Winterfell, the powerful Lannisters of Casterly Rock, or another of the great houses of Westeros, this immersive hands-on cooking class will transport you to a world of castles, banquets, and hearty medieval fare.

Working alongside fellow cooks, you'll prepare two iconic dishes inspired by the series, learning traditional techniques and creating a feast worthy of the Iron Throne.

Your journey begins in the winding streets of Flea Bottom, where you'll recreate the infamous "Bowl of Brown." While the original may have been a mystery, our version is anything but. You'll prepare a rich and satisfying bacon and lentil soup featuring thick-cut slab bacon, earthy lentils, sweet root vegetables, and a deeply flavorful bone broth slowly infused with fresh winter herbs. It's rustic comfort food elevated into a dish fit for the halls of Winterfell.

Next, you'll travel to the royal kitchens of the Red Keep to prepare The Royal "Pigeon Pie," inspired by the lavish wedding feast of King Joffrey—fortunately, without the live birds. You'll learn how to create a buttery, flaky puff pastry crust that bakes to a beautiful golden brown before filling your pie with tender roasted chicken, mushrooms, sweet peas, and a luxurious herb-infused cream gravy. To make your pie uniquely your own sigil of your favorite house into the pastry before it heads into the oven.

Throughout the evening, you'll discover techniques for making rich stocks, building layers of flavor, preparing hearty medieval-inspired dishes, and working with puff pastry to create an impressive showpiece worthy of any royal banquet.

Whether you're gathering with fellow fans, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a unique culinary adventure, this class promises an evening filled with incredible food, laughter, and a little Westerosi magic.

The Iron Throne may be difficult to claim—but a seat at this feast is yours for the taking. Dress in your favorite house colors if you dare, and prepare for a night where the only battle is deciding who gets the last slice of pie.

BYOB is welcome – bring your favorite beverage to enjoy while you cook, eat, and have a great time!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!) For Chef Nights you will always have enough for two and generally some leftovers to bring home.

We provide aprons, recipes, all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
