Join Chef Frank for a delicious hands-on Italian cooking experience as you learn to prepare two flavorful dishes inspired by the Italian kitchen. Follow along step-by-step you will learning essential cooking techniques before sitting down to enjoy the meal you've created.

Start by preparing a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired olive salad featuring a blend of black and green olives, artichokes and roasted peppers. You'll learn to balance these bold flavors before spooning the mixture onto fresh Italian bread, topping it with provolone cheese and baking until golden and beautifully melted.

Learn to prepare tender chicken medallions, sautéed to a golden finish and combined with fresh spinach and mushrooms in a rich, sweet Marsala wine sauce. You'll practice pan-searing, sautéing and building a flavorful sauce before finishing your chicken with melted provolone cheese.
