Triple Tropical Mousse Cake

Saturday, April 11, 2026 | 10:00AM - 4:00PM (Includes Lunch)

$279.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)

Transport your baking skills to the tropics in this elegant Triple Tropical Mousse Cake class! In this hands-on workshop, students will create a stunning layered dessert that combines light, creamy mousses with vibrant tropical flavors.

You’ll start by baking a  vanilla cake base, which provides the perfect foundation for the silky mousse layers. Then you’ll learn the techniques for preparing and assembling three luscious mousses: sweet mangotangy passionfruit, and creamy coconut, each bringing its own bright flavor and beautiful color to the cake.

Students will also learn how to properly build and layer a mousse cake using a ring mold for clean, professional layers. To finish, you’ll glaze the cake with a glossy white chocolate glaze, creating a smooth, elegant finish worthy of a pâtisserie display.

By the end of class, you’ll leave with your own gorgeous tropical mousse cake and the confidence to recreate this show-stopping dessert at home. Perfect for special occasions, summer gatherings, or whenever you want a taste of the tropics!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child - As this is a full day class (and a Boozy-ish Bake, it is more suitable for accompanied older children (10+) or younger children with a keen interest in baking.)

YES: Couples

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day.

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

This is a full-day class, please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
