Step into the warmth and hospitality of an authentic Italian kitchen in this hands-on cooking class inspired by the traditions of sharing great food with family and friends. Throughout the evening, you'll prepare a delicious three-course meal while learning classic Italian techniques and the stories behind each dish.
We'll begin by creating grilled portobello mushrooms topped with savory soppressata, roasted peppers, and smoked provolone. You'll learn how to perfectly grill mushrooms, roast peppers, and balance bold Italian flavors to create a beautiful appetizer that celebrates the rustic cuisine of the Italian countryside.
For the main course, you'll prepare Chef Frank’s signature Steak Bada Bing. Learn how to get a perfectly cooked ribeye before creating a rich Marsala wine sauce with sautéed peppers and onions. You'll also master the art of making creamy saffron risotto, discovering the techniques that give this classic Italian dish its luxurious texture and vibrant golden color.
To finish the evening, you'll prepare zabaglione, one of Italy's most treasured desserts. You'll gently whisk together eggs, sugar, and Marsala wine to create a light, velvety custard that will be served with fresh seasonal berries for an elegant and refreshing finale.
Along the way, you'll pick up professional cooking tips, gain confidence in the kitchen, and learn techniques you can easily recreate at home. When everything is complete, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the beautiful Italian meal we've created together, accompanied by wonderful conversation and the spirit of Italian hospitality. You'll leave with new recipes, new skills, and the inspiration to bring a little taste of Italy to your own table.

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child (Adult 18+ accompanying a child at least 8 years old- these are 4 hour classes, so for your own enjoyment and sanity, use your discretion for younger children with limited attention spans.)
YES: Siblings/Cousins/BFFS (Two unaccompanied minors) Both must be at least 12 years old. For older/younger sibling Duos, the older one must be atleast 16 years old- minimum age for younger sibling is 8 years old.
YES: Couples/Roomates
YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)
We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!
Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
