Handmade Halloween Chocolate

Tuesday, October 20, 2026 | 10:00AM - 4:00PM (Includes Lunch)

$299.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)

Get ready to play with chocolate! In this hands-on Halloween and fall chocolate-making class, we’ll mold, fill, bake, and decorate our way through a delicious collection of seasonal treats.

We’ll start with beautifully molded chocolates filled with a  hazelnut and tonka bean ganache—rich, nutty, and just a little bit mysterious. You’ll learn the techniques for creating chocolate shells, filling them with luscious ganache, and finishing them into irresistible little works of art.

Then it’s time to bake a buttery hazelnut shortbread, delicately flavored with tonka bean and perfect as a background for our completed chocolates, or just to eat!

For a pop of bright, jewel-like flavor, we’ll make blood orange pâte de fruit—a gorgeous, intensely fruity confection with just the right balance of sweet and tart.

And because no fall chocolate class is complete without a little pumpkin magic, you’ll create your very own chocolate pumpkin, perfect for embracing the season in the most delicious way possible.

Whether you’re a devoted chocoholic, a fall fanatic, or simply looking for a deliciously fun afternoon, this class is packed with hands-on techniques, seasonal creativity, and plenty of chocolate to get your hands into.

Come ready to get a little messy, learn some seriously delicious chocolate-making skills, and leave with a box full of spooky-sweet treats that may or may not make it home.

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child - As this is a full day class (and a Boozy-ish Bake, it is more suitable for accompanied older children (10+) or younger children with a keen interest in baking.)

YES: Couples

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day.

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

This is a full-day class, please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
