Saturday, September 5, 2026 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM
$189.00 (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)
Join Chef Fernando for an unforgettable evening of cooking, craft beer, and bold Florida-inspired flavors. In this fully hands-on class, you'll prepare each course from scratch while learning the techniques behind perfectly balancing spice, citrus, herbs, and fresh ingredients.
Your culinary journey begins with a smoky Chorizo & Shrimp Shooter, followed by pan-seared Citrus-Herb Pork Chops served with Mango-Chili Slaw and fragrant Rice Pilaf. To finish, you'll create a classic Florida Key Lime Tart with its perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors.
As each course is served, you'll enjoy a carefully selected beer pairing that highlights and enhances the flavors of your meal. Discover how a refreshing Hefeweizen complements warm spices, how a crisp Summer IPA brightens citrus and tropical notes, and how a tart Gose creates the perfect finish alongside a creamy Key Lime Tart.
Whether you're a home cook looking to expand your skills or simply enjoy great food and craft beer, this interactive class offers a fun, relaxed evening of cooking, learning, and dining. Come hungry, cook with friends, and enjoy every bite—and every sip—of this uniquely Florida culinary experience.

We always have a selection of teas, coffee, water and something tasty to nibble on when you visit. Lunch is provided for full day classes, please let us know of any allergies in the notes section when you are booking your classes.
