Get ready for a spooky and delicious baking adventure! In this hands-on class, you’ll create a dozen spectacular Halloween High Hat Cupcakes, starting with freshly baked Black Magic cupcakes that are as rich and chocolatey as they are festive.
You’ll learn how to fill your cupcakes with your choice of salted caramel, raspberry jam, or rich chocolate ganache, then master the techniques for making and piping silky Italian Meringue. We’ll take your cupcakes to the next level with a magical chocolate coating that creates the signature High Hat finish.
The fun continues with modeling chocolate, where you’ll use simple modeling techniques to create your own collection of spooky ghosts, ghouls, and witches’ hats. You’ll also learn how to work with modeling tools, edible markers, and petal and luster dusts to add the finishing details.
And of course, there’s plenty of tasting along the way! You’ll enjoy your instructor’s cupcakes, take home your own Halloween masterpieces, and receive all the recipes so you can recreate these spooky treats at home for years to come.
Come ready to bake, decorate, get creative, and have a hauntingly good time! 🎃🧁
