Almond & Maple Pecan Brioche Bear Claws

Tuesday, May 12, 2026 | 6:00PM - 8:30PM

$179.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos, please see below for details)

Join Pastry Chef Mary Storey for a delicious and hands-on baking experience as you learn to create beautiful, bakery-style Brioche Bear Claws from scratch.

In this fun and interactive class, you’ll begin by preparing two irresistible fillings — almond cream and maple pecan — packed with rich flavor and perfect for sweet, buttery brioche.

You’ll then work with ready-made brioche dough, learning how to roll, fill, and shape your pastries into classic bear claw designs.

During the Class You Will:

🥐 Make two delicious fillings: almond & maple pecan
🥐 Learn how to roll and shape perfect bear claws
🥐 Bake your pastries to golden perfection
🥐 Prepare glazes to finish your creations beautifully

While your pastries are baking, you’ll also make a fresh batch of brioche dough to take home — so you can recreate these treats in your own kitchen.

What You’ll Take Home:

• Your freshly baked Brioche Bear Claws
• A batch of homemade brioche dough
• The skills and confidence to bake them again at home

Come ready to learn, create, and enjoy a relaxed evening filled with delicious aromas and hands-on baking fun!

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Parent/Grandparent & Child

YES: Couples (live in the same household)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a singlebatch of whatever we’re making that day. Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
