Calling all young witches, wizards, and Muggles! Grab your wands, put on your aprons, and get ready for five spellbinding days of magical baking at the Florida Academy of Baking!
Step into the enchanting world of wizard-inspired treats as our young apprentices learn to create some of the most famous sweets and snacks from their favorite magical stories — all from scratch!
Throughout this hands-on summer camp, students will mix, bake, decorate, and conjure up an irresistible collection of magical goodies, including:
Chocolate Frogs – Create delicious chocolate frogs worthy of any wizarding sweet shop!
Black Magic Cupcakes – Bake rich chocolate cupcakes, whip up homemade marshmallow fluff, and transform them into enchanting creations.
Pumpkin Pasties – Master the art of making pastry from scratch before filling and shaping these magical little treats.
Every Flavor Jelly Beans – Discover a world of weird and wonderful flavors. Will you get something delicious, or one of the dreaded carrot, broccoli, or chili beans?
Frosty Butterbeer – Whip up this famous sweet, frothy wizarding refreshment.
Treacle Tarts – Bake the golden, sticky dessert loved by everyone's favorite bespectacled wizard!
Along the way, our budding witches and wizards will learn real baking skills, from measuring ingredients and making pastry to working with chocolate, preparing fillings, and decorating their magical creations.
Five fun-filled classes packed with creativity, laughter, delicious treats, and just a little kitchen magic!
Everything Is Included!
We provide aprons, all ingredients, packaging, equipment for in-class use, and recipes to recreate the magic at home.
And the best part? Every young wizard gets to take home their magical creations to share with family and friends!

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are for an individual station for the ENTIRE week. Regretfully, we cannot offer day rates/sharing of stations as there are recipe continuity issues and space is limited.
Suitable for ages 10 and older - no exceptions. Flour, Eggs and Dairy are used during this camp. If your child has any food allergies, food intolerances or aversions, please contact us before signing up.
Classes are held in a commercial kitchen and food safety and hygiene regulations must be adhered to at all times. Each student must provide a completed liability waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian before the first day of class.
