Father’s Day Cheesecake Flight

Saturday, June 20, 2026 | 10:00AM - 1:00PM

$199.00 Per Station (Suitable for Dynamic Duos, please see below for details)

Step into a dessert class with a little swagger—just in time for Father’s Day weekend. In this hands-on experience, you’ll create a bold mini cheesecake flight inspired by classic drinks and nostalgic flavors, all built from one silky base and a versatile graham crust.

Whether you’re baking for Dad, with Dad, or just leaning into the spirit of the weekend, you’ll learn how to transform a single cheesecake batter into four distinct personalities—layering flavor, texture, and just the right touch of booze to elevate each bite without overpowering it.

On your board: a Spiked Root Beer Floatwith vanilla cheesecake, root beer reduction, and a splash of bourbon; a Salted Caramel Whiskey Pretzelwith pretzel crust and whiskey caramel; a Maple Bourbon Bacon with candied bacon and maple glaze; and a Peanut Butter Butterscotchfinished with a warm boozy butterscotch and peanut crunch. Along the way, you’ll master smooth, crack-free cheesecake, flavor-building techniques, and how to plate a dessert that feels bold, indulgent, and worth celebrating.
