Get ready for five fun-filled days of mixing, kneading, rolling, baking, and creating at the Florida Academy of Baking!
Our Everything FABulous Kids Summer Camp is the perfect recipe for young chefs who love getting creative in the kitchen. From homemade Italian gelato sandwiches and freshly baked bread to delicious pies, handmade pasta, and irresistible desserts, we've packed this camp with a little bit of everything!
Throughout the week, campers will roll up their sleeves and learn to make delicious sweet and savory creations completely from scratch. Along the way, they'll develop essential kitchen skills, build confidence, discover new techniques, and have plenty of fun!
Gelato Cookie Sandwiches - What's better than homemade cookies? Homemade cookies filled with delicious Italian gelato! Campers will learn to make their own cookies and create irresistible frozen treats.
Bread Day - It's time to get kneading! Our young bakers will discover the magic of yeast dough as they mix, knead, shape, and bake golden Bread Rolls and Garlic Knots, experimenting with both sweet and savory flavors.
Perfect Little Pies - Sweet or savory? Why choose when you can make both! Campers will learn to prepare pastry from scratch before rolling, filling, and shaping their own delicious Mini Pies.
Pasta La Vista, Baby! - We're heading to Italy! Students will learn to make Fresh Pasta from Scratch, rolling and cutting their own pasta before preparing a delicious Homemade Fresh Tomato Sauce to accompany it.
Apple of My Eye - Students will make a delicious Italian Apple Breakfast Cake, accompanied by creamy Vanilla Semifreddo and rich Homemade Caramel Sauce. A fabulous combination of baking and dessert-making skills!
Along the way, campers will learn essential kitchen skills, including:
Measuring, weighing, and following recipes
Kitchen safety, food hygiene, and organization
Mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping dough
Making pastry, pasta, and sauces from scratch
Baking, decorating, and presenting their creations
Cleaning up properly after themselves!
We provide aprons, all ingredients, equipment for in-class use, packaging, and recipes to recreate their favorite treats at home.
Best of all, campers will bring home their delicious creations to share with family and friends!

Classes are held in a commercial kitchen and food safety and hygiene regulations must be adhered to at all times. Each student must provide a completed liability waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian before the first day of class.
Aprons, all ingredients, packaging, equipment for in-class use, and recipes supplied.
Suitable for ages 10 and older, if your child has any food allergies, food intolerances or aversions, please contact us before signing up.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are for an individual station for the ENTIRE week. We cannot offer day rates/sharing of stations as there are recipe continuity issues and space is limited.
