Join Chef Fernando this Good Friday for a delicious fish feast featuring Pan Seared Atlantic Pompano Fish in a creamy Beurre Blanc Sauce with hints of citrus and served with Garlic Broccoli Rabe.

Gourmands describe the Atlantic Pompano as “the world's tastiest and most edible fish.” In this hands-on combination knife skills and cooking class Chef Fernando will guide you step by step on skinning, filleting and preparing Atlantic Pompano Fish! 

You’ll also learn to make the classic creamy Beurre Blanc Sauce and delicious Garlic Broccoli Rabe. To conclude your meal Chef Fernando will guide you through creating one of our favorite desserts- Eton Mess- a fabulous combination of homemade meringues, Chantilly Cream and fresh Berries.

This a perfect Dynamic Duo class to take with your friends, family members or a sweet Date Night and you can BYOB! (Please drink responsibly.)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!)

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.

Join Mary Storey for a fun morning creating these Simply Spring Cake Pops. In this hands-on class, you'll learn to temper and color chocolate and make and decorate these spring themed beauties. They are super fancy and a delicious touch to your holiday table.

We use only the best Belgian chocolate (Callebaut) and other ingredients to make these delightful treats. We’ll have a batch of our delicious cakes baked and cooled ready for mixing and shaping for you. During class you'll enjoy a taste of your instructor’s chocolaty goodness and you get to bring home all the cake pops you make to share with your friends and family!

Just in time for Easter, join Mary Storey for a delightful half day class creating the classic Hot Cross Buns! In addition to learning a little of the history of these humble buns, you'll make your own dough from scratch (and choose your own fruit mix- go classic with raisins or currants or go a little rouge and throw in some of our other dried fruit...there is a whole pantry worth!) While your dough is rising you'll also create your own Lemon Curd to spread over your freshly baked buns or just eat with a spoon straight from the jar!

You’ll make two trays of Hot Cross Buns and a big batch of Lemon Curd, so this is a perfect class for Dynamic Duos!

At the end of the class, you'll enjoy a sampling of Mary’s buns so you can bring home all your beauties to impress your friends and family!
