$189.00 (Suitable for Dynamic Duos- see below for more details)

Join us for a flavorful and hands-on cooking experience featuring bold Thai favorites with Chef Cecilia!

In this exciting class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) — a vibrant stir-fried noodle dish packed with savory sauce, fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and just the right touch of heat. Chef Cecilia will guide you step-by-step through balancing sweet, salty, spicy, and umami flavors while mastering essential stir-fry techniques.

You’ll also create fresh and light Shrimp Summer Rolls, filled with tender shrimp, crisp vegetables, and herbs wrapped in delicate rice paper. Chef Cecilia will demonstrate proper rolling techniques and show you how to prepare a delicious dipping sauce to complement your rolls perfectly.

This class is perfect for all skill levels — no experience needed. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your kitchen skills or simply enjoy a fun night out, you’ll leave with new techniques, authentic recipes, and the confidence to recreate these Thai favorites at home.

Come hungry and ready to cook!
