Join our special guest chef International Award Winning Culinary Celebrity and Cookbook Writer Chef Noel Cunningham for a wonderful afternoon full of Caribbean flavor and flair. Chef Noel is visiting FAB for THREE fantastic classes in July and this Sunday afternoon Taste of Jamaica Class is the finale of his tour!

  • Spiced Rum Punch (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic options): A bold and tropical blend of fruit juices and warming Caribbean spices, finished with a splash of smooth dark rum. A party-ready punch with a spirited island kick.

  • Jamaican Beef Patties: loaded with Island Spice seasoned ground beef mixture encased in a deliciously flaky, buttery, golden pastry crust

  • Coco Bread: a Jamaican staple made with coconut milk, which gives it a light sweetness and tender, buttery texture.

  • Dessert: A FABulous Caribbean Inspired Surprise!

Golden flaky pastries stuffed with seasoned ground beef and island spices, tucked inside soft, slightly sweet coco bread—a classic Jamaican grab-and-go treat with bold flavor in every bite.

This is a perfect Date Night or Friend’s Night Out as you can BYOB! (Please drink responsibly!)

This class is suitable for the following Dynamic Duo* types:

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)

*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two buddies sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. (Don’t worry, we won’t stick you with some random stranger- if you want to fly solo, you’ll have the station (and all the yummy food) all to yourself!) For Chef Nights you will always have enough for two plus some leftovers to bring home- you can make two smaller trays of lasagne if desired.

We provide aprons, recipes, all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.

Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
